We ship products worldwide. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. MUSAA STUDIOS is not responsible for shipments lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product size, weight, and destination.

Free Shipping Thresholds:

  • France: Orders over €30

  • European Union: Orders over €50

  • International: Orders over €100

3. Shipping Methods and Packaging

  • Flat Envelope: A5, A4, or A3 posters shipped flat in protective envelopes.

  • Box/Tube: A2 and A1 posters, merchandise, or fragile items shipped in tubes or boxes for added protection.

  • Products are packaged securely to minimize risk of damage during transit.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination, customs, and courier delays:

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can delay delivery.

  • MUSAA STUDIOS is not liable if a shipment is held, delayed, or confiscated by customs.

  • Tracking availability may vary depending on your location and shipping method.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

  • If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@musaastudios.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

  • We will help file a claim with the courier, but MUSAA STUDIOS cannot guarantee reimbursement of customs fees or compensation for lost international shipments.

8. International Restrictions

  • Some products may be restricted or prohibited for import in certain countries. MUSAA STUDIOS is not responsible if a shipment is held or rejected by customs due to local regulations.
