These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of products (“Products”) by MUSAA STUDIOS (“we,” “our,” “us”) through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

  • MUSAA STUDIOS sells posters, custom artworks, merchandise, and related products.

  • Product images are for illustration purposes; colors, details, and sizes may vary slightly due to printing or display differences.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

2. Orders

  • Orders must be placed through the MUSAA STUDIOS website.

  • An order confirmation will be sent via email once your order is accepted.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3. Prices

  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include French VAT where applicable.

  • Shipping, customs duties, and import taxes are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • MUSAA STUDIOS reserves the right to modify prices at any time; changes do not affect confirmed orders.

4. Payment

  • Payment must be made at the time of order via the payment methods offered on the website.

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

  • MUSAA STUDIOS reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Products are shipped worldwide.

  • Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed; MUSAA STUDIOS is not responsible for delays due to customs, import/export restrictions, strikes, natural events, or courier issues.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.

  • Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in some countries; MUSAA STUDIOS is not responsible if a shipment is confiscated by customs.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Digital products are non-refundable.

  • Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged during shipping.

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item. Shipping and customs fees are not refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, graphics, and text on our website are the intellectual property of MUSAA STUDIOS.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of products or content is prohibited.

8. Liability

  • Liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product price.

  • MUSAA STUDIOS is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers, customs, or import/export restrictions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in France.
