1. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and may change without notice.

  • MUSAA STUDIOS reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship products worldwide.

  • Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; MUSAA STUDIOS is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import/export restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

  • Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in their country.

  • Some products may be restricted or prohibited for import into certain countries. MUSAA STUDIOS is not responsible if a product is confiscated or held by customs.

  • We recommend that international buyers check local laws before placing an order.

  • In the event a shipment is lost, damaged, or delayed, MUSAA STUDIOS will assist in filing claims with the courier but cannot guarantee delivery or reimbursement of customs fees.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Digital products are non-refundable.

  • Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged during shipping.

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items. The refund does not include shipping or customs fees.
